Transimpedance Amplifiers

Tramsimpedance AmplifiersAnalog Modules, Inc. (AMI) designs and manufactures a range of transimpedance amplifiers for OEM, medical and research applications. AMI's amplifiers combine low noise, high gain, large dynamic range, and small package size.

The 311 Series are state-of-the-art precision amplifiers designed for current source input applications in which high gain and low noise are required.

The Model 313A is a state-of-the-art bipolar amplifier designed for current source input applications in which high gain and low noise are required. The design is optimized for high-speed response and has a lower input impedance than the 312A series, permitting operation with higher capacitive sources.

The 341 Series are state-of-the-art precision, DC-coupled amplifiers designed for current source input applications where high gain and low noise are required.

Instructions for Specifying Part Number:

● For amplifiers available with non-inverting or inverting polarities, add -NI or -INV to part number.
● Proper compensation of transimpedance amplifiers requires statement of the source capacitance (add -_pF to the part number).
