Analog Modules, Inc. (AMI) designs and manufactures a range of transimpedance amplifiers for OEM, medical and research applications. AMI’s amplifiers combine low noise, high gain, large dynamic range, and small package size.
The 311 Series are state-of-the-art precision amplifiers designed for current source input applications in which high gain and low noise are required. The 341 series is the same amplifier with DC coupling.
The Model 313A is a state-of-the-art bipolar amplifier designed for current source input applications in which high gain and low noise are required. The design is optimized for high-speed response and has a lower input impedance than the 312B series, permitting operation with higher capacitive sources.

Instructions for Specifying Part Number:
● For amplifiers available with non-inverting or inverting polarities, add -NI or -INV to part number.
● Proper compensation of transimpedance amplifiers requires statement of the source capacitance (add -_pF to the part number).
Input Capacitance: 100pF
