The Si PIN detector is temperature controlled and available in two standard sizes with active areas of 5.33 mm or 14.1 mm. Independent five channel noise detectors set the lowest thresholds to achieve long acquisition ranges for different background light and spot positions and special circuits resist sunlight blinding in any one or all quadrants. The Model 744DP comprises a temperature-controlled detector with built-in front-end electronics enclosed in a hermetically sealed can. The can is mounted to a compact, two-board stack which contains analog and digital processing circuits. The individual channels are digitized with a high-speed A-D converter and output as a serial digital interface for steering in Azimuth and Elevation, normalized independent of signal strength. An adaptive threshold control allows optimum signal-to-noise operation. The user can issue commands that control gain and threshold, tracking logic, acquisition rules, PRF code or PIM sequence. Multiple configurations can be offered including a mechanical housing with optics and narrowband filter for a complete plug-and-play SAL seeker module. Model 755A-04.1

Hybrid eyesafe laser rangefinder receiver is designed for laser rangefinding & surveying equipment. Compact construction is ideal for miniature applications. Fast recovery from T0 overload allows ranging to close objects without compromising long range performance. The incorporation of an InGaAs APD gives very high sensitivity with time programmed gain to minimize false targets. Operation at both 1.06 µm and 1.54 µm is possible over a wide range of pulse widths.
